Attracted by the longer cuts and gorgeous colours, women quickly fell in love with Juicy Bear’s superfine Egyptian cotton tees. Then they wanted more. So the same principles were applied to superfine wool. And the range grew from there. Now Juicy Bear produces cotton, wool and homewear for ladies and kids with new style and colour updates every season. Proudly Melbourne made, the Juicy Bear story will continue as long as women continue to fall in love.

Sarah Walker and Lucy Sherman are the creators of Juicy Bear. The girls had a need and after tirelessly looking for the perfect tee, decided that if they could not find one, they will create one themselves.

The result was a versatile, indispensable tee - one that does not hug, shrink or ride up; a tee that is made using 100% pure Egyptian cotton; a tee that is cut much longer in the body to elongate the waist and hide any natural ‘waist padding’; a tee that you can layer, mix and match all the colours and own a whole collection so you can always start building your perfect outfit. Just like a favourite pair of jeans – Juicy Bear will form to fit your body shape beautifully.

As demand grew, so did the range. Juicy Bear now uses beautiful soft 100% Australian Merino wool for their winter collections, applying the same design principles as those seen with the cotton tees.

From September 2008, Juicy Bear will also offer pieces in magnificent pure silks including cotton silk and Jap silk.

The range has grown further to include Juicy Bear junior which was launched in February 2007. This means the little tots can enjoy the super soft, super-fine fabric in simple styles and colours.

Juicy Bear men’s will be in store May 2008 completing the story for everyone.

The tees are designed and manufactured entirely in Melbourne, Australia.

The tees are now stocked in over 60 stores nationally and internationally in Australia, the UK, Germany and China.
